Kindergarten celebrated National Talk like a Pirate Day! They had class aboard a pirate ship, scavenged for buried treasure, and sang fun pirate songs. Kindergarten counted jewels for math and sorted letter vs word jewels for reading!

After watching Otto’s Tales about September 11th, these kids wanted to create something for our local heroes. They worked together to create this masterpiece. They created a plan, drew, and colored this on their own! So proud of them.
